In this interactive and introspective class, we will explore what Jesus teaches and models to us in Prayer, Meditation, and Self-Compassion. You will see some of the familiar teachings of Jesus through a new lens of self-awareness and self-acceptance. We will practice the various prayer forms Jesus practiced and consider the meditative practices of Jesus offered to us throughout the New Testament narratives.
All materials are provided and there is no pre-reading or Biblical knowledge required. Just come as you are and be surrounded by loving, intelligent, creative, caring, thoughtful, and compassionate women.
