Group Coaching on Self-Compassion

it’s time to dive in…

Work in a small group with four to five women to learn more about self-compassion and self-acceptance. You can form a group with women that you know or be assigned to a group of new friends. We will meet via Skype or Zoom for two 90-minute sessions to learn self-compassion basics and begin practicing the tools that Ginger has designed for unique compassion skill-building.

You will be equipped to incorporate practices into your daily life and teach them to the people you love. The online conferences are flexible in timing and can occur at convenient times for you once the group is ready to begin. You will be given printable worksheets and practices before each session. This program can be paid in two installments of $25.
