Nourish and Thive: A Real-World Guide to Food and Balance for College Life, Monday, July 28, 7-8:30 p.m.

from $60.00

Heading off to college and not sure what you’ll be eating—or how to take care of yourself when no one else is cooking? Whether you’re moving into a dorm with a mystery meal plan or stepping into your first apartment without a clue what to cook, this class is for you.

Join Certified Nutrition Coach Megan Anderson on July 28th from 7–8:30 p.m. for an empowering and practical session designed for college-age young adults. You’ll learn:

  • How to feed your body on a budget—even when you only have a microwave or mini-fridge

  • The basics of building a balanced plate (no strict rules, just real guidance)

  • Snack and meal ideas that don’t require a ton of time, money, or experience

  • How to love what you eat without guilt or overwhelm

  • Mindset shifts to help you treat your body with kindness and respect

This isn’t about dieting or perfection—it’s about learning how to take care of you. Expect real talk, practical tips, and a supportive space to ask questions and get inspired.

$60/person (class only)
$150/person (class + one virtual/in-person nutrition session; one healthy snack will be prepared during your session)
