Join Jennifer Eckert and special guest Dorothy Tannahill-Moran, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist for a sound bath and meditation created to help you find that same equilibrium within yourself. Through resonant tones, spacious stillness, and guided reflection, you’ll be invited to listen beyond the noise — to the quiet pulse of your own inner rhythm.

As the frequencies move through you, they soften what has been tense, illuminate what’s been hidden, and awaken the subtle harmony between effort and ease, giving and receiving, doing and simply being.

This is more than an event — it’s an energetic reset.
A moment to honor both your expansion and your rest, your voice and your quiet, your light and your shadow.

Come as you are. Leave attuned — centered in your own solstice of the soul.

This sound bath & meditation will be conducted by Dorothy Tannahill-Moran, certified Sound Therapist at www.aurras.com

What is a Sound Bath & Meditation?
This is done as a group with members either sitting or lying on the floor. The gentle healing effects of the harmonic sounds emitted by the various Tibetan singing bowls used will create a deeper mediation and sense of relaxation. The idea is that you are “bathed” in sound while you are meditating.

What if I or someone doesn’t know how to meditate?
Dorothy will provide instruction on meditation suitable for people who have never meditated all the way to advanced meditators. No one will be left out or not be able to take advantage of this type of event.
