Summer Survival Cooking: Big Meals and Smart Snacks for Busy Moms, Friday, June 20, 10-11:30 a.m.

from $100.00

School’s out, the kids are home, and somehow… the food disappears faster than you can cook it. If your summer feels like a never-ending snack run and you’re constantly wondering what’s for lunch… again?—this class is for you.

Join Certified Nutrition Coach Megan Anderson on June 20th from 10–11:30 a.m. for a hands-on, low-stress class designed for busy moms who need a break (and a plan). We’ll make:

  • 2 BIG family-friendly meals that stretch, reheat well, and give you a break from daily cooking

  • 1 versatile snack that actually satisfies your kids (and keeps them out of the pantry every 10 minutes)

  • Tips for setting snack boundaries, stretching leftovers, and feeding your family without burning out

Kids are welcome to join in! We’ll keep it light, fun, and flexible for real life. Leave with full containers, full hearts, and fewer mealtime meltdowns.

$100/person (class only)
$170/person (class + one nutrition session)
