Megan Anderson, Certified Nutrition Coach

“I help individuals reconnect with food and their bodies so they can achieve
balance and well-being, because food should support your life, not control it.”

Megan is a certified nutrition coach and mind-body food practitioner. Her personal story with health and body image dysmorphia have led her to the coach she is today.

Megan’s experience with a blood disease that caused an early heart attack, along with years of dietary restrictions, helps her meet clients where they are and equip them to build a healthy balance. She helps women, men, and teens who are tired of dieting, overwhelmed by food noise, or frustrated with their weight finally find freedom and balance again. Most of the people she works with want to feel like themselves again, to get their metabolism back on track, to stop obsessing over food, and to enjoy eating without guilt or restriction. They’re done with fads, done with quick fixes, and done with feeling like they’re constantly starting over.

Megan’s approach is rooted in compassionate nutrition - a way of nourishing your body that supports your goals without cutting out the foods you love. This isn’t another diet. This isn’t a new set of rules. It’s a life‑giving, sustainable way to rebuild trust with your body and create balance that actually lasts.

Together, you will quiet the food noise, strengthen your metabolism, and create habits that allow you to eat all foods while still moving toward the results you want. You don’t have to choose between enjoying your life and reaching your goals. You can have both and Megan is here to help you get there.
