Sound Bath & Meditation: In Gratitude — For the Gifts in Your Life, Thursday, November 19, 7-8:30 p.m.

$35.00

Join Jennifer Eckert and special guest Dorothy Tannahill-Moran, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist for a sound bath and meditation created to help you find that same equilibrium within yourself. Through resonant tones, spacious stillness, and guided reflection, you’ll be invited to listen beyond the noise — to the quiet pulse of your own inner rhythm.

Gratitude invites us to see our lives differently—not by ignoring what has been difficult, but by turning our attention toward all that has also been given. The people who have loved us. The places that have held us. Opportunities that changed our direction, unexpected kindnesses, moments of beauty, abilities we sometimes take for granted, and ordinary experiences whose value can be easy to miss. Some gifts arrive unmistakably. Others reveal themselves only when we look back and recognize what they brought into our lives.

In Gratitude — For the Gifts in Your Life is a sound bath and guided meditation designed to create space for that remembering. Through immersive sound and gentle reflection, you’ll be invited to move through the landscape of your life and allow the gifts that matter to you to emerge—without needing to make a list or decide what you should be grateful for. It is an opportunity to receive again what life has given you, to feel the richness of what has accompanied you along the way, and to leave with a deeper appreciation for the life you are living.

This sound bath & meditation will be conducted by Dorothy Tannahill-Moran, certified Sound Therapist at www.aurras.com

What is a Sound Bath & Meditation?
This is done as a group with members either sitting or lying on the floor. The gentle healing effects of the harmonic sounds emitted by the various Tibetan singing bowls used will create a deeper mediation and sense of relaxation. The idea is that you are “bathed” in sound while you are meditating.

What if I or someone doesn’t know how to meditate?
Dorothy will provide instruction on meditation suitable for people who have never meditated all the way to advanced meditators. No one will be left out or not be able to take advantage of this type of event.
